COMMITTEE MEMBERS ARE ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE TEAM OF PEOPLE THAT HELP MAKE LYSANDER ONE OF THE BEST PLACES FOR OUR KIDS TO PLAY HOCKEY. CREATING A RICH AND DIVERSE ENVIRONMENT, WHERE CREATIVITY AND COLLABORATION COME TOGETHER TO IMPLEMENT SOME OF THE GREATEST OF IDEAS. COMMITTEE MEMBERS CAN EXPECT TO BE INVOLVED WITH :
*VENDOR MANAGEMENT, EVENT PLANNING & MANAGEMENT, TOURNAMENT PLANNING, COORDINATION AND OPERATIONS (w/ support of BOD), NEGOTIATING & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION W/ TEAM SPONSORSHIP'S & ASSOCIATION SPONSORSHIP'S, PLANNING & COORDINATING MULTIPLE OTHER FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES, & ASSOCIATION EXCLUSIVE EVENTS, WHILE NOT EXCLUDING LYHA DOCUMENT/DATABASE MANAGEMENT, & POLICIES OR PROCEDURES DEVELOPMENT.
REGULAR COMMITTEE MEETINGS ARE AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH, MORE AS EVENTS GROW CLOSER IN TIME.

Syracuse Crunch Booster Clubs annual Ticket Voucher Sales Form for each players and their family to use to sell Crunch game ticket vouchers with a 50% return on fundraising revenue.
Specific Sale Dates Apply and are determined by the administrative contacts for the Crunch which will be published here once we get them.
How it works.
Teams Grab these forms and sell vouchers to as many friends, family members, teachers, neighbors, etc as they can.
Collect the money for each purchase along the way and fill out the form completely and accurately. (you wouldn't want to forget what your purchasers name and number was for when you deliver the vouchers!)
A team manager or representative delegated by your team manager will be in charge of collecting all the money and forms from the parents or players at a certain deadline date.
That team delegate or manager will then email Angie Dalton with the total number of vouchers sold for that team and the amount of money collected.
FR Supervisor will then email our Syracuse Crunch Contact with the Team Manager's contact info and totals so that the vouchers can be printed and delivered to the rink.
Upon delivery or pick-up, each Team Manager will be contacted for team distribution of funds and vouchers.
Usually it takes 3-5 days turn around time for vouchers to be printed and returned to LYHA.
1 voucher = 1 ticket to any REGULAR SEASON AHL Syracuse Crunch Hockey Game.
Teams utilize this fundraiser because it's pay-out is 50% of all voucher sales.
1 ticket voucher = $20 cost of sale
Out of the $20 sale of every ticket voucher sold, you get back $10 each, from the Syracuse Crunch!
**So if your team sells $1800 in tickets, your team will get back $900 in fundraising revenue**
Season Sale Dates to be Announced and will be posted to this page.
Teams can only sell ticket vouchers within this time frame,
(Rarely, but it has happened, special consideration may apply for extenuating circumstances which the FR Committee Supervisor can moderate with the lead contact for the Crunch)
