Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Lysander Youth Hockey Tryouts

There are no refunds for Tryouts.

Lysander Youth Hockey

Refund Policy: One-half of the registration fee paid is refundable on or before October 1. NO REFUNDS shall be granted on or after October 1 *except* for medical reasons supported by physician documentation. Refunds must be requested in writing to the LYHA Board. LYHA reserves the right to dismiss without refund of registration fees any child whose behavior is deemed detrimental to the group or program.
